More snow on the way
More snow is on the way and word is that the river has frozen over.
Big Girls Will Return
Yes the 2019 Atlantic salmon season has ended, the good news is the big girls will be back! Here is a fat lady from last May. We have all winter to dream!
Salmon showing in good numbers
We have been seeing good numbers of fish this week, hooking a few. Following a nice raise of water from the rain yesterday it looks like the season will end with a few more salmon being landed. Shown here is RRL guide Sandy with our guest Randy of the Yellow Dog gang.

We have been seeing good numbers of grilse and salmon over the last few weeks. They have just not been in the taking mood. We do have a few pics to put up. this one is from this morning, Greg Dixon and a nice buck.
Steve’s Salmon
Steve did not put his fish in the book from his September trip. We added them in but he has been on the bad boy list. Here is one of his two salmon. The fellow also managed a grilse and missing a few others. good work Steve!
Early August Atlantic
RRL guide Raymond and guest Mike with a very nice early August Atlantic salmon. Mike and his pal Frank were just in for a few days plenty of grilse action and lost other salmon.
