Introducing the New Camp at the RRL

Restigouche River Lodge guests now have an enhanced way to enjoy their stay on the Restigouche River.

Sitting on a bluff overlooking the Restigouche River is a new four bedroom single occupancy lodge located on the downriver side of the RRL property. Our guests booking trips in this camp will enjoy views of the river and the surrounding perennial gardens.

Allow us now to take you on a brief tour of our new camp
Upon your arrival at the Restigouche River Lodge in Mann’s Mountain, New Brunswick, Canada you will surely spot the camp to the right of the main and dinning lodge. Nestled amongst our herb, vegetable and berry gardens, a lawn dotted with perennial beds and stone paths. You are invited to take it all in, soothing to the eye, easing your mind and relaxing to your inner spirit.
You will be cheerfully greeted and assisted by one of the RRL staff. Now you are standing in front of the camps covered porch. Centered by a peaked roof canopy of perlin laid logs with heavy ruff sawn rafters is the door to the rod room. Entering here you will first stow your fishing gear before being shown to your room. The rod room features a twelve rod, rod rack, individual open guest lockers and a heated drying closet.

Now that your gear is stowed away, let’s bring you to your room! Rooms are located on either side of the rod room, right and left, two per side. Off the entrance hall to your room is the bath room and large guest closet. The bedrooms furniture is all custom built from local white cedar logs and live edge slabs. For your comfort a queen size bed, open shelf dresser, desk with USB charging outlet, wet bar with under counter fridge and many other amenities. Exiting your room through the river side door you enter the screened in veranda that is shared with the other guest on that side of the camp. Between the two screened verandas is an open section of porch with a door to the rod room and steps going down to the trail leading to the river.

The Camps Construction Details
Built on a poured concrete foundation with a full basement the camp is constructed from milled cedar logs, a metal roof with fully insulated, individually heated and air conditioned rooms. The camp is finished with wood throughout including Tamarack wood and tiled bath floors.

The partners of the lodge have taken on a huge project in constructing this camp. We are delighted to be able to provide the opportunity for other Atlantic salmon anglers to enjoy this magnificent river in grand style. Remember one of the Restigouche River Lodge slogans.
